Specimen Requirements

Neat urine should be added to the cobas PCR Media urine kit to a level between the two black urine fill lines on the tube. Urine must be transferred within 24 hours of collection.

Specimen Minimum Volume: Lower urine fill line on the cobas PCR Media tube. Samples filled below this line will be tested and resulted with a disclaimer.

 

Specimen Stability Information: Two weeks in cobas PCR Media
